My First (Complete) Hand-Knit Sweater

I finished knitting a sweater. I brought it into work today. I went outside with my lovely co-worker, Louisa, and she photographed it (and me). And we are reminded yet again of why I will never be a model.* Here are the images from the photo shoot…

  1. Whatever girl, you work it! Maybe we need more awkward llama models out there protraying how most of us feel in new clothing! :)
You’re sweater is beautiful, just like you! Really, it is awsome and I am super, duper impressed! AND I WANT ONE! :)

  2. Pictures two and four= my favorites. You look like you’re about to burst out laughing in four. Also, love the sweater! I am jealous- I want to be able to knit one! I’ll probably just be knitting socks for the rest of my life haha.

    1. WELL THANK YOU! Leah, this sweater is really simple. It’s just time consuming, because it’s a sweater, but the techniques aren’t difficult at all or out of your range of knitting. I definitely learned some things from knitting it, but it really wasn’t anything I couldn’t Google and adapt in a few minutes. It sorta fits me funny, as in it’s a little tight in the waist, so I haven’t really worn it at all yet. Damn.
